Jacknelli, I personally feel that you aren't ready for super at this moment in time. Firstly, you haven't been an admin for long, and you need to spend time to readjust to our more modern ways on the server. On top of this your meeting attendance hasn't been the best at the moment along with the participation within the meeting.

You have done a great amount of F1's which is always good. You are very active on the server and constantly help people. However, at the moment I feel like you aren't ready to be a lead team member.
