Xnator personally I don't feel like you are ready for the position at the moment. Firstly, I feel like you don't have the time to devote to SSRP. Being an SSRP lead team member takes a lot of time. I know from experience that owning 2 servers takes up vast amounts of time, on top of that you are also lead team on another 2 servers.

I feel like you have the capability to become a lead team member, you are active, have loads of experience and always turn up to the meetings. Your a great guy with loads of capability, however at this moment in time i feel like you don't have the time to devote it to the SSRP server and the lead team position that you are applying for.
