Note about gametrackers:
My playtime for the past 2 weeks is inaccurate because I did not realize you have to actually kill someone to start being tracked and for the most part I have only been doing F1's. I play right around 5 hours a day generally.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as Moderator thus far has been a overall great experience. I have really enjoyed helping out others and working to solve their issues. I have also attained a new level of understanding of the rules and the proper ways to enforce them. This being said however, there are situations in which can be difficult to handle efficiently with the limited mod commands. For example, mass RDM situations require a mod to scan through the Tab menu which can take quite a bit of time, versus simply using the Admin Pshygun. With these powers I would feel that I can handle situations much more expediently, which as a result will allow players to further enjoy the server.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I would have to say the largest obstacle I have encountered is on my time zone there is always a certain times of the day in which S3 and sometimes S1 get 5+ unhandled F1's. It can take quite a while to handle all of them. I believe all of the players that submit an F1 should receive a quality sit, and not just a fast F1.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello (Name Here)
Congratulation's on making Moderator and welcome to the staff team!
To Begin, please start by pressing F1, to view your new F1 Menu. The first tab in this menu shows all current F1's, with the priority (time) displayed to the left side of it. The warning warnings tab shows you a log of all recent warns given out by staff. The next tab is the logging tab. You will be using this tab constantly. It shows all kills/arrests/disconnects ect and will play a very vital roll in your Moderator position. The last tab is the NLR (New life rule) tab, which shows all active NLR's.
Next please open your F6 menu. This menu is used to see plays rapsheets. You can click the arrow to manually find a player, or you can search by steam ID.
Next I will cover the commands that you have access to as a Moderator.
/kick [STEAM ID] - This command kicks the player from the server. Generally the only situation you will find yourself using this is for prop spam, if there is not a Admin on.
/warn [STEAM ID] - This command warns a player. 3 Kicks = kicked from server, and 4 kicks = 1 hour ban
/tp - Teleports you to the current location you are looking at.
/back[Name/STEAM ID] and /backspawn [Name/STEAM ID] - Returns player to their previous location / returns player to spawn.
/freeze [Name/STEAM ID] and /unfreeze [Name/STEAM ID] Freezes the player / unfreezes the player.
/slay [Name/STEAM ID] - Kills the player.
Again welcome to the ZARP staff team! Please assure that you ask myself or any other staff if you have any questions at all!
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player X, thank you for submitting a ban appeal!
I have reviewed your ban appeal and you put a lot of time and effort into this. You are also very apologetic which leads me to believe you will not do this again in the future. I expect you to be on your best behavior so that you do not find yourself in this situation again. I have decided to accept your appeal
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I believe that I should be promoted to Admin because I am very dedicated to improving the player experience on ZARP SSRP. If I am chosen to be a Admin I will be able to continue doing this in a much more efficient manner. I also find that the amount of staff is lacking in my current time zone, and that I could help fix this issue. I also think that I am a trustworthy member, and can handle F1's in a professional way that will reflect a positive view of staff and the community in general. If I am selected to be a admin I will do the very best that I can, and I really appreciate the opportunity!
