Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: A random death match is when one person(A) shoots a another player(b) and be defends himself by trying to kill A.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule (NLR) is when a player is killed at a certain district and has a cool down for 3 minuets before he can return to his place of death. Example: Player A fell off a building and cant return to the district for 3 minutes

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Check if any of the two have proof and if they do issue a warn if not ask player x what his choice of punishment should be or dismiss the case however is this is ongoing i will get an admin to help the case.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would warn player y for Breaking NLR and/or RDM

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): So i have a pretty bad reputation on Zarp and i have recently been trying to not be a rule breaker and advise people what to do in situations. This has worked pretty well and im willing to take the challenge. I know because of my rap sheet im probably not going to be chosen but if i could have 1 chance to prove myself i would like this to be it. I have a lot of hours on the server and i have gathered a good inventory and good at trading. I hope you would allow me to redeem myself and show what type of community i can make Zarp and how i can keep the Zarp community happy and not waiting up to hours for F1's to be resolved.
