Murder Related:
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: First, I would tell them to stop, after that I would continue to tgag/tmute them for 3 minutes, then 5, then 7, then 10, and so on and so forth until i reach 20 minutes and continue to give 20 minutes after each time they do it after the first 20 minute tmute/tgag

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone was exploiting out of the map, I would either kick them or slay them, if I catch them once more I would record it and send it to a higher up for them to analyze it and determine the given punishment.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is usually the act of giving a player an advantage by giving others a disadvantage.This can be seen as player X finds a good place on the map where the murder will not find him, 5 minutes pass, and a friend of the murder is told either by any form of communication such as Teamspeak, Steam, or anyway they can speak, and you wouldnt know. So, back to the example, player X is hiding, Player Y is dead by now, and his messaging his friend the exact location of the alive players, giving the murder(Player Z) an advantage by letting him know where all the people are, without any of the alive people knowing it, making it unfair for the alive people.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I feel like I should be accepted since I understand how to be a good staff member and how to deal with issues against players very well. I am an Admin on both SSRP and Prophunt, so I can deal with issues going on in the server and how to use the ULX menu. I am very understanding, kind, and will never come at a player or staff member harshly. I can balance my time between the two servers I staff on, and I believe 3 will be fine too. I will be on the server for about 2 hours a day to make sure people can enjoy their time on the server with me. I enjoy making people time on the server great, so they continue to come back, and have that same experience. I also have good manners and will always act to my highest expectations, I would never want to fail my higher ups and peers.
