Negatives
This application is clearly rushed and not well organised.
I know it says they reccomend 100 words and you have gone a little bit over but i would've expected someone who wanted a promotion that bad to write a lot more than you have.
You constantly get things wrong and people blame it on you being a new mod however you're applying for admin so i do not believe that you can still get that many things wrong.
You had six reports on you in the first two days of you being mod, by multiple people.
You aren't the most mature person i have ever met in my life.
You have a level zero steam account which means you do not own a game on your steam account but somehow own garry's mod and say it's your only steam account (possible lie, ban evade)
I'm also going to mention the fact he has put "Admin" rather than something more professional like "Administrator" as it shows he lacks care in his application

Positives
Your playtime is decent however i have more hours on counter strike global offensive which is a game i dont usually enjoy playing.

Overall
I don't believe you are any good as a mod the way you are, which means i definately don't believe you should be allowed to have a higher rank that brings more responsibilities, I believe before you should apply for admin you should at least learn to be a mod.
