Punishments down? Not sure what you mean by that since I have none. And the whole 'minges in the meeting' thing isn't true. I personally hate it when people are 'overlooked' because of some of their flaws. Since a lot of the time people are overlooked I tend to object quite a bit until people realise the point im making.
