I don't think anything else has to be said. You shouldn't insult our staff and not expect to get punished for it. The punishments seem valid. As for the RDM thing, you have no proof so I'll have to trust Spodermon's word that he did nothing wrong. As always, I recommend every user to record their game so they can report staff as well as users and have the proper proof to support it.
