First of all I would like to state we did get some LT responses, but nothing official in ,my ears, that is why Im making this report.

Reason - (What rules did the person break?) 4.24 Water - No storing entities or basing under water. The nuke was in the water, yet was not fully submerged. Possible Loophole
Story - (What happened?) So I got on S3 to give a offline warning to a player that had a warning request on the forums. While I was on, I was overlooking chat and there was a good amount of arguments stating that the nuke that got disarmed was in the water, so I started to investigate.
First, I questioned who it was and it was XxmasterxX, who was previously nuking illegally on s1, yet he was only told that it was not allowed. Second, I knew the location since I based around there a couple of times and knew that the entire canal in Suburbs is water, then I let Master know and the rest of the server that I think the location is not allowed since it is in water either way
After that, I contact a lead team member, in this case, its Joey Recon, and he states himself that the location is not allowed, along with Max, but then I hear that Chute and EMP saying that it is allowed.
I want a confirmation on if this is allowed or not.
