To start off, you have not been active a lot on the server, actually, when you are on it, you are usually on spectator team and AFK. The admin team hasn’t seen you in some time.
Also, the ban command should not be used in that case (in my opinion). The best thing to do in that case is to gag, and if he continue warn him, the ban would be because of the threshold. I think you need more activity overall and to interact more with current staff so for now:
