He clearly doesn't understand the rules

The map was atomic warfare and I reached the end but someone beat me to it and chose survival once I arrived I saw the only available option was survival so instead of going through only to instantly die I waited for him to die (Sanchez was death) so he told me off for "delaying" he was going to warn me but I said I was going to chat to Annie about it and she wasn't sure either so I created this post to clarify the rules and or get Sanchez re trained. When I asked him how it was delaying he said that delaying is intentionally making the round longer but the way survival is made is it is a set amount of time so technically I wasn't delaying
