How to use the ban command is covered in training for Admin (or atleast it should be) so it should be clarified then.

But if it was okay to just learn it in training, why would it be one of the questions on the application? You should be expected that you know a little bit about it and can understand when it is used from how others use it

I can assure you that error knows what he's doing and other staff member know that as well don't judge his skills just on his app
