If they cannot code are they going to just post outcomes, move staff up and down ranks, communicate with a random person about them saying the server is shit, is any of this BIG? what a server owner is expected to do cause my god your standards for a owner are fucking shite.

Your understanding is still so small, and clearly can't be arsed to read prior comments on this and the outcome thread, that states what is 1. looked for in an owner and 2. what us owners actually do.
