But nevertheless I feel that has toned down in recent weeks (not a great ordeal but still less than what it was back in July/August - It is a struggle when you've had a shit life [no sad story background here] and you are somewhat but I feel I've coped with it, but yes behavior is a key factor of improvement for me. If I'm denied tomorrow I'll keep working hard to keep my cool and see when the time is right for me to go for Head Admin.
