(Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting can come in many forms:
1. There is a player who is dead and he starts to spectate the Death team, he then posts in chat what traps are activated so the runners know where to go. This is ghosting because the dead runner is telling the alive runners what traps are and aren't activated.
2. A dead runner is in a third party software (TeamSpeak, Skyper, Discord, Steam etc) and then tells an alive runner what traps are and aren't activated. The alive runner admits to this and then shows evidence of the other person telling them, this is then warnable for ghosting as evidence was provided.
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would first of all address them in chat or in a private message saying what they are saying is disrespectful and if they continue to say or message whatever they are doing they will be muted/gagged. IF they then proceed to continue after being gagged/muted I would also warn them each time they repeated the disrespect and then wait for them to be kicked/banned automatically by the awarn system.

I think I should be chosen for Deathrun staff for the following reasons:
1. Trust
I am currently Forum Section Moderator for Forum Games, Head Admin on Murder, Super Admin on TTT and Prophunt Admin. All these positions show that I am trusted with my staff powers and know what to do. I have also been Moderator, Admin, Super Admin and Server Manager outside of ZARP which also shows I am trusted within those communities.
2. Activity
I know my activity isn't the most consistent. However I am going to be playing everyday until the meeting so I will have at least 5 days consistent activity and I played some of last week aswell.
3. Experience
Because of my current staff positions I hold within ZARP I know what to do as a staff member, I know how active I need to be which is 2 hours per week, which I have already met with my current playtime. I know to act politely and kindly to others and follow the staff ethos to the best of my ability all the time.
