You have a good application and currently have no recents but 2 things that bother me: 1. Your activity, overall its quite good but its not very consistent and you have a low activity this week. 2. The thing about you getting banned on SSRP, its kind of a trust issue seeing as you want to be staff on 1 server when you are banned on another.

In my opinion, get up your activity, if its quite good you'll have my vote.
