Again not ignoring you.

Overall I really want your attitude to be improved, you have your ups and downs in your attitude but I have mostly seen and heard bad things about it. If you can somehow iron out the bumps in your attitude then I would probably want you on the staff team. However until you sort it out then I don't think you will be able to follow the staff ethos and be a truly hard working staff member.
