Yeah your right I should have verbally warned you. I apologise for that, this is something I rarely do. This is the first time I haven't verbally warned people and if you need evidence of that just ask other staff members. I fully take responsibility and I am happy that you reported this and it was not someone else who would have not done anything about it.
