Boss Thresh whilst you may want to ignore their opinion I strongly recommend you take it as advice, if what they are saying is true (cause I'm in college and I won't be looking at your gametracker) and you only did 3 hours in 2 days (like you said) then this is not enough activity to get you staff, you have to show a recommended 2 weeks worth of consistent activity to show you want the position, you may have been ex-staff for other servers for a week of consistent activity but SSRP is a lot harder to get into.
