Honestly, I think your denial reason was a bit unfair, since you got the right to apply straight to admin from community manager, Paramontana, as you told me, and you've been staff before and you did great, honestly.

Also, the fact that you keep applying and fighting for your position only shows how serious you are about getting your rank, especially since you deserve it and you have no negatives or serious reasons to be denied, and I personally think that people might have personal issues with you, thats why they don't want you as staff.
But honestly, why would you have issues with Pugga?

Positives: Pugga is a naturally nice person, he knows the rules and he has been playing the server long enough to have experience that is more than needed. He helps me catch rulebreakers and reports them to me (if not through an f1, he usually does it over teamspeak). Also, Pug has been staff before and he was doing his job, the server lacks staff that are actually doing f1s and catching rulebreakers.

Negatives: HE IS NOT STAFF RIGHT NOW.

Just accept him already... He deserves it.
