[Bhop Moderator] joshualeach1010's Application

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: First I would tell them, bhopping has a great learning curve and will come with practice, in order to bhop you must use A when strafing left, while using mouse left. I would then say use the same for strafing right, D and mouse right together. I would proceed to tell them that to gain speed, you must strafe right and left as much as possible. When bhopping, space should be held down at all times (autohop). Once you practise this, you can then move onto a move called a wiggle. This is when you shift your mouse left and right in a very quick motion whilst using A and D. Keep in mind that this is for more advanced bhoppers. I would then tell them good luck and keep practicing as it will take a while to get used to.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I would give them a verbal warning, by telling them to stop and giving them a consequence if they were to carry on, however if they proceed to do so I will kick them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would tell them to stop immediately, however if they fail to do so, very serious precautions will be taken
such as a ban (possibly long term depending on the exploit)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I think I am suitible for the bhop Zarp Gaming staff team because I love to help out. I am kind and genourous and am willing to help anyone who needs it, furthermore, I love to be part of communities and I have been playing Zarp for a large amount of time. I thouroghly enjoy the server and am willing to dedicate my time towards it. I can help in many ways, one of which is being responsible for mic spamming as I am on the server roughly every day for over an hour. Recently, I have noticed that the serer population has been growing exponentially and I wish to encourage new players to have fun, whilst following rules.

Extra Information: (Not Required) I have been staff before on a deathrun, and dark rp server and know most ULX commands. I also have a mic, allowing me to communicate with players better, E.G a player wants to learn how to bhop however they have asked me to spectate them and tell them what to improve on, verbally telling them will be alot more efficient and helpful and may allow them to understand better.
