Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
Firstly, i would tell them the basics things like, a and d are used to stay on the platforms, moving your mouse in the direction that you want to go in, after that id either spectate them and tell them what they are doing good and what they should try and improve or id ask them to spectate me and show them at a pace that they would understand. I would also tell them about the different styles that you could play.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone was text/mic spamming just random words i would ask them to stop but if they carry on i would gag/mute them for however long i think is best (depending on what they were spamming and how many times i had to gag/mute them previously) but if someone is spamming anything offensive such as shouting racist words i would just mute/gag them without asking.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone was using an exploit i would kick them from the server and i would contact an SA+ about the exploit and explain who was using it and what the exploit is so that it could be fixed. I may even mention it in a meeting so everyone would be aware of it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think that i should be chosen because i am quite active on surf and have realized that the staff are quite inactive and when that happens people mic spam and text spam which gets really annoying. I would also be a good candidate because i am an admin and a moderator on other servers which shows that i'm not just trusted with moderator commands but also admin commands too which shows that i can be trusted. I do know my activity is a bit low but i will make sure it's higher before the meeting.
