What is Ghosting? and give an example: Before i give an example of ghosting, we need to first acknowledge what it is, so ghosting is the act of, while being dead you affect the gameplay in any way by helping the remaining players that are still alive. Ok so now onto an example, an example could be if you're on a map and you come across a luck trap, basically you have to walk through's and you may survive if you go through the right one. So say if you die going through the left walk through and then tell the remaining runners its right, then that will be counted as ghosting as you're helping another run to go through the right hole...

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: This is the perspective of me being a moderator Ok so say if we had someone coming on the server and everything is normal up until this person says to another guy "Go kys" this would first be disrespectful so i would politely say to the person don't be disrespectful, if he continues i would then warn him for disrespect, after that if he would carry on i would gag him (if i had the ability that is) if he were to DC then rejoin and continue i would do the same, mute him.... Which then i would tell a higher rank to put him in his place (deal with him).

Why I should be chosen: The reason i have applied for Moderator on deathrun is because i could show so much potential for the server, I am loyal, Honest and a few other things, in my opinion i find my self very mature from time to time, obviously we can have a laugh from time to time. I try to be active all the time to the server. I know most of the ULX commands (previous mod in another server) .
Here are a few things i have and a staff member should have:

Honesty honesty is key to being a staff member or.. or without being a moderator/admin being honest helps you and other people to trust what you are saying or your actions.
Maturity Maturity is always a good thing to have in the role of a admin/moderator, can mean you have dedication to staff team and shows you want to make the server better for everyone
Patience Patience is something that is comes over time and most of the time its worth your time, rushing things can get you nowhere, so its best to be active and hope for the best, and never give up
