I'm sure someone can have a word with Ohana regarding this punishment. I'd just like to point out that you're not allowed to KOS anyone for their position on the map aside from Traitor areas. So saying "Don't come near my Health Station or KOS" is actually a rulebreak. You are of course allowed to KOS people for using your Health Station without your permission, as long as you state it clearly in the chat.
