Congratulations on getting moderator!!!
Here is a quick guide for your first steps as moderator,In this guide you will be told the commands and menus that you will have access to and how to use them.

As a Moderator, you need to get in touch with the current staff members
As a Moderator, you can,
Kick players, Mute chat of people, Unban players from jobs, Freeze players, Slay people, Voice mute people, Teleport, Goto, Bring and Back.
F1 - Checks the Recent warns of people, the players F1's and all the Loggings.
F6 - Checks the punishments of specific players.

So 1st thing that we will talk about is "F1" Menu.
- If you press F1 you will see 4 different groups:
-Admin Requests
-Warnings
-Logging
-Active NLR
1) Admin Requests
- In admin requests you will see all f1s that players made, you can see player name, then the reason why did he made f1, when did he made an f1, the is it handled by any staff member. So if you right click on one f1 you will see next things: "Handle this" or "Mark as spam or abuse" Here is a picture how it looks imgur.com/bNbK3h5, so after you handle it you will have a new things if you right click him, so you will have: "Goto", "Bring", "Mark as finished". or "Abort handling this". So after you are finished the f1, you just need to "Mark it as finished", or if you cant handle it by yourself, you can call higher staff to help you in that case you click on "Abort handling this", in that case admin will take over your f1 and you are free to go.
2) Warning
In this menu you can see players recent warning from that day, so if you right click them you can "Warn" or "Un-warn" them.
3)Logging
This will be your most used menu, because in this "log" system you can see player recent: Kills, Deaths, Name changes, Arrests, Job changes, Disconnects, Demotes, Revives, Warrants etc.
4)Active NLR
In this menu you will see all players that have active NLR, is pretty simple to use, but sometime it can be wrong, so don't always relay on it.

So last thing if "F6" Menu
In this menu you can see "Select Player" so after you select a player you can see all his warnings, that is good so he doesn't get warned twice for same thing in less then couple mins. So after you selected player, you can see his Warning, Bans, Unbans, Kicks, Chat or Voice mutes, and of course you can see time and day when did he get that warning.

Here is a list of commands you need to learn when you are moderator:

/Teleport [Player Name/Steamid] - Teleport's player to the position you are looking at.
/Goto [Player Name/Steamid] - Teleport's yourself to the targeted player.
/Bring [Player Name/Steamid] - Teleport's the targeted player to you.
/Back [Player Name/Steamid] - Returns the targeted player to their last location.
/Backspawn [Player Name/Steamid] - Teleport's the targeted player back to spawn.
/kick [Player Name/Steamid] [Reason] - Allows you to kick targeted player with a reason.
/freeze [Player Name/Steamid] [Time](Puting no time will freeze the for ever) - Allows you to freeze targeted player in their current position.
/unfreeze [Player Name/Steamid] - Unfreezes targeted player.

Also TAB menu
You can quickly execute commands via the Tab menu by click on the player you wish to target and then selecting a command from the list under their name.
