If they ignored unidentified bodies then that is a valid KOS reason , so yeah it would be a false warn in that case. However I was just looking at the last thread you made about it and apparently you said "I saw you kill that guy" as your response to the report , which the person didn't , instead of just saying you say him walk past unidentified bodies so the warning was valid and it was your fault you got warned. You'll probably need to provide some evidence to back up your claim.
