Ok so here is the thing about peoples activity that some people don't seem to see. We recommend two weeks to see if the player can:
-Be active
-Follow the rules

If someone doesn't have two weeks you can over look that in my opinion if they have either got outstanding activity for one week (which by the looks of it you will as your getting hours upon end) and if they are former staff (again you are) so by the looks of things you will become staff once again if you keep your activity going.
