Seems regretful however, he was aware of what he was doing yet continued playing on his alt for 2 hours until he was eventually caught. I suppose he showed remorse when he admitted it to Morgan but nonetheless, he knew the consequences when he started ban evading. I think it should be shortened but I don't believe he should be unbanned.
