ANY TS staff can handle Ban Requests, that's not a strictly HA role.

Our role consists more of what we do on TS its self.

Also, Akemi/Anna, you state "IF you were made aware of it" yet I've had on several occasions, when a user/staff has reported something by trying to poke you and got no response, which resulted in the end, them just going to other HA Staff.

It wouldn't be uncommon for me to be occupied at the time I'd be poked, then when I'd actually read the pokes I'd either see it being way too old or it already being dealt with.

And I'm sure both me & Dovah understand ban requests can be done by any ts staff, but it's at least something I was able to help with showing I did at least put some effort into doing stuff for Ts, if I really didn't try to put effort into it then I would not have bothered making this appeal.
