Can the ts lead team look in the comments during the meeting and see how much support this person is getting, that means they've seen most of the good things she's done that you may have not seen, you shouldn't solely go based of your opinions but think about others opinions to but hey, I guess this isn't really a community that gets along with eachother is it.
