The only problem I see with this is 2 of the reasons.
1 "Lack of HA duties"
2 "Sits in the same spacer all day"
3 "No interaction with other teamspeak staff"
4 "No training for accepted LT members"
I find it pretty retarded to even bring those two up as a reasoning for demotion. Just because you're in that position of power it shouldn't have to dictate who you talk to or prefer to talk to all the time. I would understand the no interaction with staff if the point was made that when it came to staff duty decisions etc that there was a hard lack of communication in that area then yeah sure that's a valid argument. But bringing up those 2 reasons without that argument is just straight digging for anything, your position doesn't control who you can and can't talk to all the time and shouldn't have to force you to talk to people you don't want to outside of your staffing duties.
