Understandable, thank you for the reply. Like I said, I'd love to talk to you whenever you want to get a more detailed explanation of the story and so that I can answer your questions directly if you have any, not trying to get you to be biased to one side, but sometimes letting someone explain their part of the story might give you a more fair insight, that's why the things I wrote on both appeals are so long, because I'm trying to put the way I see stuff into the appeal, VS the points/visions of others.

Generally speaking, most people don't even know I work, neither did I try to tell them. Yet it is ultimately the only reason why I've even been demoted/warned, I wasn't able to explain the reasons due to nobody contacting me beforehand with like "hey, you're doing this wrong could you improve it?" since work started. And the ones that did know, didn't seem to bring it up.

The purpose of these appeals is to show you my side of the story and to try to explain why exactly stuff didn't go so well, which are factors that will decide upon what your vote will be. Most won't even ask questions and stick with one side but I'd rather be able to answer all questions asked and try to see if people could gather the understanding for the situation I'm in.
