We can't keep handing out officials like they're candy. It is expected that you improve after an official and apparently the staff team believed that they had not improved.
To be fair, I have looked at when you've last done anything regarding appeals, and found very few - I'm unsure whether I searched correctly or not, but it did feel like you had hardly done anything regarding your duties on the Teamspeak. I did find an abuse report, but you would be perfectly capable of handling that without being a Teamspeak Head Administrator.
Also, please inform me if I'm wrong, but I believe the TS HA rank was introduced to relief the pressure of handling Teamspeak appeals from the CM team. And she hadn't handled any for quite some time, as far as I could tell.
May I recommend reading the text I write? I explained why exactly it happened, and I may not have improved much to what it seems, but if you did read my text you'd know this is due to work mainly, which is something which won't stay forever either, not gonna spark an argument but if you'd want to, I'd like you to contact me on WhatsApp whenever you have the time so we can talk this out, as I don't think you fully understand the point I'm trying to make.

Appeals
Most appeals (which ain't a lot) are posted at times I'm at work, this weekend Roy had an appeal, I tried to poke tyler about it to try and get it sorted but for reasons I don't know my pokes were eventually just ignored and I couldn't deal with the appeal due to Tyler not responding, for the other appeals, I cannot deal with appeals at work. I simply can't I don't have TS on my phone either and can't access it on my work as I have no PC of my own I could use to do it.
Story
So, with this one I admit, I didn't do much. However, there's a reason I'm still trying to appeal it.
I would do my job if my job included more than just dealing with reports & appeals.
