Story/Situation -
What happened > I was demoted from being a TS-HA, to TS staff.

Story
So, with this one I admit, I didn't do much. However, there's a reason I'm still trying to appeal it.
I would do my job if my job included more than just dealing with reports & appeals.

Reports off staffmembers
It's not often that there's a report about a TS staff member. The few times there are (Which I think there's been one this month) I would deal with them if I had the opportunity,

Reports about users
I did help out with one report which Crankybot can confirm, showing I did do my job on this part, above that I often didn't really respond to many pokes I got but this was due to me being unavalible at the time, or being occupied.

Appeals
Most appeals (which ain't a lot) are posted at times I'm at work, this weekend Roy had an appeal, I tried to poke tyler about it to try and get it sorted but for reasons I don't know my pokes were eventually just ignored and I couldn't deal with the appeal due to Tyler not responding, for the other appeals, I cannot deal with appeals at work. I simply can't I don't have TS on my phone either and can't access it on my work as I have no PC of my own I could use to do it.

Work
I've used "work" as a reason for not doing a lot of my job. The reason can be given against this "if you have work then you can't do your job" well that might be true, however I can deal with stuff during the weekends (if there is any) AND work is only temporarely as I have to do it for school till about January 4th. I still have all the vacations inbetween that to do my job which I currently can't do.

I'm mainly appealing this due to the fact that I can't do much work if there aint any during the times I'm avalible, and my limited avaliblity is due to something I cannot control and I am forced to do to finish school, and because it's something that's closer to being over than it is to the start.

I've been given an official 3 months ago, sure. I get that, however I didn't have a reason back then but I did have a reason right now. And if you're just saying "but you didn't do any work at all the past few months" then why didn't you bring me up sooner? And Why was I never even spoken to about it? I had an official sure, but If I'd see someone lacking behind I'd think of talking to them first before bringing them up

Reasons. Let's go over these 4/6 reasons and debunk them one by one (or admit)
1) "Lack of HA duties" True, as stated in my appeal I have work to do not much else to be said.
2) "Sits in sane spacer all day with same people" False! I do move from channels over time, they often fill up to the point of me leaving and starting over, I prefer to be isolated and not to be in a spacer with 20 people at once, but this is blatantly false as I am seen in spacers with others from time to time
3) "No interaction with other TS staff" also FALSE, as I typed above, I don't interact with many TS staff, but I do interact with those who stumble upon in "my spacer(s)" these may often be the same people but I do talk to them so saying I wasn't is a lie.
4) "No training for accepted LT", last people I trained for TS staff? Yeah, that's been a while. Why? I almost never got a poke from anyone asking me to train them If I was to get poked "can you train me for TS-Staff", and I have the time I would do it.

Thanks for reading? I guess, the chances of this getting accepted are next to none, but I'd at least give a reason for what was going on, and give the notice that it is a temporary thing and should be over in no time, besides... getting demoted from your job whilst you WANT to do that job but simply can't due to a lack of work to do... & Being unable to deal with the FEW cases that are there due to real life... that just doesn't feel right to me.
