that door is fucked to oblivion, buggy as fuck and needs a fix, you can't just simply walk up to it and actually display a 1. owner 2. buy option.

To even get the option as stated above, you need to be at a weird angle, or specific position.

I once attempted to own the door, then never saw a buy sign, later on i then saw it once i was ABOVE that door.

I wouldn't ex actually say the warn is very fair, due to how buggy that door it, but is technically valid due to being able to own it after getting in the correct positions.
