What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
He false warned me

Basically I owned the Disco District on Server 2
I killed Jenga on the Garage straight across from disco, the one where it is empty inside. We owned the entire disco district and we didn't bother owning that door because you cannot see a name on the door and you are not supposed to be able to own it anyways it is supposed to be an unownable door like Hospital Doors on server 2.

This was the door "he owned" and according to MsMs it was RDM even though we owned the district before he even went there and "claimed" the building as his because he owned a door that was supposed to be ownable. There is no display on the door that shows that you can buy it or shows anyones name meaning it is not a property that you can own the door and claim.
Apparently it is a "visual bug" but within the past years it has never had a display that shows we can own the door so no it wasn't a visual bug this warning was clearly false.
