Bringing up a recent event as reasoning for giving a negative support is completely fine and elaborating on it if they wish to make a counter statement is also completely fine. Commenting on applications and giving reasoning and making a separate post on a different thread or on its own thread for the sake of reviving old drama are two different things. Morgan wrote:

The outcome of that report was denied however, I understood what was taken too far and Chummy and I have spoken about the incident a few times and I've apologized for things I said, and vice versa. I understand the rules or I wouldn't hold my positions as well, and would definitely not call that situation "bullying".
