Bullying is a lot more subjective, and in this case the staff team apparently decided this situation would not be classed as harassment. You can say a lot about how double that is, but in a democratic community such as this one that's unavoidable.

Now please shut up about these matters from the past. Even Chummy has said that he would rather leave it all in the past then cause a ruckus over it, so I think he, as well as Morgan, would greatly appreciate it if you could respect that.
