Personally I just don't feel like it's a good time to give you this rank. Despite our differences I know you have good potential for this rank I personally just think you need to prove to everyone yoh aren't going to repeat things like what happened with Chummy, or what happened with me. There's a lot of negatives but also a lot of positives. Not that my opinion can do much because I am no longer forums staff just personally I don't think you should be promoted just yet especially after how recently the bullying incident occurred. It may have been denied but you lost a lot of respect and trust from the community as a whole and personally I think that is a big impact on receiving such a powerful rank.
