DarkRP Related

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
"Random Death Match" can be shortened to "RDM". It means that you can not kill people without a valid RP reason. You always need a valid reason to kill someone.
Scenario
A Gun dealer decides to buy himself a shipment of M24's to put them in his shop, then he randomly decides to shoot all the people he sees for fun.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
"New Life Rule" can be shortened to "NLR". New Life Rule means that you have to forget everything you basically knew in your previous life. Which means, if you die in a base. You can not run straight back to the District you died in.
Scenario
Two thieves are basing in a base at spawn. A Gangster wants to raid it and fails. He respawns and decides to run back to kill them and succeeds the raid.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would handle it and bring player x to a roof. I would ask player x if he has any proof to help the situation to make it easier. Then i would teleport to player y to see if he's available. If he is, i would bring him to the sit. I would ask player y why he killed player x. If they say the opposite, I would ask for proof. If he has proof, I would accept it if it's good enough. If there's no proof. I would return them both. If he's not available, I would ask player x if he wants to wait till player y is available or cancel the F1 depending on the situation.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

First, i would tell player x to make an F1. Then, i would teleport to him to see if he's available and bring him to a roof. Then i would ask for proof to help the situation. Then i would teleport to player y to see if he's available and bring him to the sit. Then I would ask the player what happened. If they say the difference, i would ask for proof. If he has proof, I would accept it if it's good enough. If there's no proof. I would return them both. If he's not available, I would ask player x if he wants to wait till player y is available or cancel the F1 depending on the situation.

Last week I got denied for trust issues, I need to be more trusted within the community. I asked Morgan and he said it's because apparently I was racist a few months? ago because I hang around with a few people that are racists apparenently. But if they like insulting people, how does that effect me? I don't disrespect because they do. I am that lonewolf just listening and barely speak. I don't really know how to regain my trust other than talking to people and being nice to staff..? Give me any tips?

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
I always see spawn quite messed up at night when no one is playing and people get mass rdm'd & mass rda'd which is quite annoying. I'm willing to become a staff member on SSRP and I hope I get enough people to support me!

I have reported so many rulebreakers & staff to several lead team members and most of them were accepted. I've reported a few mods that were dealt with, thanks to Roy. I have also reported people (included staff) to Para, Raifster & Morgan and they were also helpful at times. Some rulebreaks I find in-game could be dealt with by myself since I know almost all the rules. I would fix the issues myself instead of contacting people to do them for me.

I do know that I have a recent punishment which will expire next week. I will most likely get denied but this week, the server got loads of people rdming and rdaing constantly at spawn. I made several f1's and iat took a really long time for someone to actually handle and finish it. I just want to deal with it since it's annoying for 90% of the players on the server to wait a long time before it's handled.. Always worth a try to apply once more!.
