STEAM-ID - What is the accused person's STEAM-ID? : He left Right after I said this, so I was unable to get the Steam Id.

Reason - What rules did the person break? : Nlr, Random bring. Random wanted on other mod.
Story - What happened? : I was basing, and this MR Panda was mic spamming, then he tried to raid us as hitman, so Jonaz shot him. And got Warned for it, he also Brought me 3 times, and Admin Fellan kicked him for it.
