Unfortunately the SSRP servers only do refunds for server issues and things that were lost due to server side error. Any form of rule break would not be considered as a server side issue therefore items lost to rule breaks will not be refunded from the server. You may come across a few nice people who will refund things out of their own pockets but in this case nothing can be done for you and your gluon gun sorry.
