No, I don't do flips until people put it in chat because it's pretty easy to scam that way and say they didnt agree, and also he was trying to loophole the agree by putting agrwee and agrw etc,

doesnt matter, you didn't specify that they need to put it in chat as part of the rules, therefore you need to give him a scope boost
