I don't get what point you're trying to make?

Basically having the ability to teleport everyone is an easy bait to catch people who will abuse their staff powers. The trouble that they will cause can be easily resolved by just taking their powers away. By disallowing this such individuals will resort in other ways of abuse that can cause more damage to players and make it harder for staff to notice and catch.

But we want to prevent it from happening, not to bait them out lol
