What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
after banning me for ltap and also rdm that both i didn't do in the rdm case someone shot me and then i killed him and in the ltap case which is inside the rdm case my power dropped for 8 hours straight so i couldn't even do anything about it ( also both of it happened in my main account which is NotCoolDude ).
then after hearing about the meeting outcome of the ssrp and the new rules about scamming and betting i decided i'll try it on blocked and so i did after agreeing about highest 666 3 times he won and then i told him i'm backing off and because we didn't agree anything about backing off so backing off here won't be a scam attemp nor scam

well i don't have evidence about the ltap and rdm ( ACE-_- knows about this and i told him everything and the why to unban but i was too lazy to make an appeal though it also shows that i timed out and didn't dc on purpose).
