I don't really agree with the comment on lack of activity. I mean yes usually I play like one-two hours a day, not recently but it is starting up again soon. For instance, I just started playing again yesterday since revoking and I almost already have more activity than almost the whole lead team. I agree that the more activity the better but that is certainly not your weak point since most of the lead team is worse. I think the main thing you need to improve on is being more outspoken in meetings and overall being mature in your contributions. If you can do these things it would definitely make me consider it.
