Banana I'm afraid your game trackers only show you having around 6 days over the past 2 weeks. I feel like to gain a high chance of becoming Lead Team you need to work on your activity since you will need to be able to assist when ever you are needed. As of right now you could be needed but unfortunately you won't be there. Im not sure how you are in the meetings but me knowing you I'm sure you speak up when needed but if you don't make sure to object when a vote doesnt go the way you want it to.
