Thanks for your reply. As i said i am trying my best to improve all the time. We have had beef in the past but as i said i want to put it behind us and i hope you can do the same.

Yes we can put it behind us, both of us are guilty of being toxic at times. You havent been staff for a while though, so maybe you should go for mod first. Just my opinion
