I think you mostly know what you are doing, I have seen you not know a couple of things recently but you have improved by asking about things in more detail so I can see you are learning. I know I am also learning but I think we can all argue we learn constantly.

You are also very active on the server and on TeamSpeak, I think your Forums activity could be improved but that is easy to improve.

I think overall there are some little things to improve this week and then you will be one of the best candidates!
