Eipus I really like you as a candidate for the Lead Team.
For example you are always offering to help out in the meeting (straw polls) and you are active in the meetings as well. However I feel like you could improve on battling your opinions on people who disagree with you (for example object when your opinion isn't being heard). Since being a leader is essential this will prove to us you can be a leader.

You could also do more forum reports of 'report abuse' (The ones on users) and not just 'appeal' since when you become Lead Team you will be expected to handle the 'report abuse' more since you would be able to handle the ones on staff. If you do more of these it will give you experience of handling them before you become Lead Team.

You are also extremely active in the community which shows your dedication for the server.

You do a great job of staffing since I always see you handling f1's even when not being asked and getting others to do them with you. Im sure if you do more of the things I've stated above you will have a HUGE chance of becoming Lead Team.
